Shipping and Delivery Policy
Zionsmercantile.com offers shipping through UPS Ground Service for your convenience. Packages are shipped from Orem, Utah within 1-7 business days.
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Orem, Utah to arrive within five to ten business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you by mail or email. There are times that items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are delivered by UPS or USPS. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please call our Customer Service department at 800-892-0646. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.

Sales Tax
Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to the following states and US territories: UT and IL. The local sales tax of the delivery destination is also charged.
International Shipping
We only ship to the United States, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses.
Priority and Express orders received before 10:00 a.m. (U.S. Mountain Time) Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Priority Orders received after 10:00 a.m. (U.S. Mountain Time), or on Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped the following business day. (This applies to orders that have in stock merchandise and does not contain any special requests or instructions.)
